SHENZHEN · WIRELESS AUDIO PRODUCT ENGINEERING
Launch-Wonder develops connected audio products across headsets, speakers, eyewear, in-vehicle systems, and transmitters. Our Shenzhen team connects product definition, electronics, firmware, audio tuning, app and cloud integration, testing, and delivery. AI is both an enabling technology and a product direction, including W63 in-vehicle AI.
One team. Every critical handoff.
WHAT WE DO TODAY
We bring the radio, audio, control, software, and manufacturing interfaces into one practical development path.
Turn user needs, feature scope, cost targets, and delivery risks into an actionable development plan.
Audio architecture, chipset and component selection, schematic and PCBA development, antenna/RF integration, and board bring-up.
Bluetooth pairing and reconnection, codec and latency work, ANC and call audio, USB audio, device control, and power behavior.
Connect audio devices with mobile apps, cloud services, ASR, LLM, TTS, and device-control interfaces where the use case needs them.
Prototype bring-up, functional and audio tests, interoperability, issue tracking, and test handoff across iterations.
Coordinate components, suppliers, and shipping plans to move engineering into repeatable delivery.
AUDIO-LED PRODUCT DIRECTIONS
Each category has different acoustic, wireless, mechanical, power, and user-interaction constraints. We adapt the platform and validation plan to the product.
TWS, over-ear, ANC, calling, and gaming headsets: audio paths, controls, pairing, noise reduction, and low-latency behavior.
Bluetooth playback, device controls, amplifier and power integration, acoustic coordination, and functional testing.
Bluetooth listening and calling in compact eyewear, with camera, sensors, storage, and optional AI functions.
Vehicle-side Bluetooth and audio modules, microphone and voice interfaces, head-unit integration, and the W63 AI in-vehicle application.
USB and Type-C audio input, Bluetooth transmission, receiver pairing, multi-headset use cases, and latency validation.
Voice capture, ASR, LLM, TTS, app/cloud cooperation, and controlled device actions designed around a defined product experience.

WHY LAUNCH-WONDER
Founded in 2022, Shenzhen Launch-Wonder Technology Co., Ltd. builds connected audio products across personal, home, wearable, vehicle, and source-side scenarios. We apply our Bluetooth and embedded engineering foundation to AI-enabled devices, including W63 in-vehicle AI. The company is led by Mr. Shen, who brings extensive experience in product planning and business operations.
COLLABORATION SCOPE
We scope each engagement around the customer's product, then coordinate the engineering work we perform directly with specialist partners and suppliers where needed.
Agree on usage scenarios, target performance, interfaces, cost, and milestones.
Assign hardware, firmware, audio, app/cloud, and AI responsibilities to a clear work plan.
Bring in ID/ME, certification, and assembly partners when the program needs them.
Review prototypes, audio and wireless behavior, functional tests, and remaining risks together.
Align supply, test documentation, issue closure, and the next build or shipment stage.
